Actors workshop: Movement and Poetry

Learn the basics of movement and voice performance. We will work with your national poetry, famous sayings as well as folk songs. You will work on your own short performance and have a possibility to perform in Rybárna on the last day of our workshop. Workshop is in english.

n the project, we will experiment with Czech, Ukrainian and English poetry, famous sayings and sayings, as well as folk songs. Training will take place in the format of voice and body training. Our tasks include: to try to overcome the stress of speaking in front of people, to share with each other a part of our language culture and try to learn fragments in an unknown language, to get to know each other through creativity, and most importantly, to draw the viewer's attention to the problem of humanity and mutual assistance.

The master class is conducted by the Ukrainian actress and director Kapitolina Kolobova. Before the war, she worked as an actress in a drama theater in Kharkov. She was also a participant in international German-Ukrainian projects in Berlin, Hamburg and Oberhausen.
